Description : Ben Nighthorse Campbell was born in 1933 and passed in 2025; He was an Air Force Veteran, served in Congress and was Colorado's Third Congressional District representative, then going on to the U.S. Senate. He was one of the 44 Council of Chiefs of the Cheyenne people and was the only Native American serving in Congress and was the only Native American that served in Congress until 2022. He was also a master silversmith and lapidary artist, known for his meticulous detail, precision gem cutting and structural feats of wonder. His inlay technique is some of the finest Native American work known in the market.
