Description : The Belle Epoch was considered the Golden Age in Europe beginning in the 1870's and ended at the onset of World War I in 1914. This was a time when luxury could be afforded, and craftsmen built amazing pieces of jewelry for the general public. The hub of the Belle Epoch was in France, and the culture was vibrant with cabarets, Parisian salons, and there was political stability. This ring exemplifies the beauty and joy of this time period in history. Hand set in platinum bezels with milgrain accents are two large round faceted natural, Old Mine cut diamonds. One diamond is a 1.41 carat weight J-K color and VS clarity and the other is the same color and clarity by weight 1.70 carats. Three 5mm round, natural pearls are the centerpiece of the design, and there are 18 old mine cut diamonds accenting the top of the ring. Please note there is one small diamond missing.
