Channel designs are cut into the surface of the metal, and the depressions are filled with various colored enamel, which then produces the brilliant decorative patterns you can see in this ring. The floral details are simply stunning, and make the back of this ring as beautiful as the front. Entirely hand created between 1870 and 1890. There is some damage to the enamel on the back of the shank. Sold as is. Will fit a size 9.
