Founded in NYC in 1952, he was originally a diamond cutter, and became a fine jewelry designer. He then moved into costume jewelry design. This ring is from his fine jewelry early collection, around 1960. The coral is stunning, and a rich red-orange color. The faceted round brilliant cut, (estimated size), 2mm diamonds face up very bright in the 14K white gold prong settings. The carved nephrite jade is such a deep moss green color. The weight of this ring is substantial. This is a solid 6-7mm wide band 18KY gold ring, that has a wild energy to its form.
