Art Deco and Modern 14K white gold, diamond and blue sapphire ring

Description : It is clear to see why this Art Deco top diamond and sapphire ring is called a 'target'. A target ring was oftentimes Edwardian, and was designed with a central gemstone in this case, an old European cut .50 carat bezel set diamond. Concentric circles of different gemstones were set around the center in the 'target' ring in this case, natural round blue sapphires. Two small side accent round natural diamonds are flanking each side on the shank in a teardrop shape. These gemstones were love tokens that had secret messages for the wearer.
