Description : What's in Wickenburg AZ, you might ask? Henry Wickenburg came to this area in Arizona discovering the Vulture Mine that produced 340,000 ounces of gold and 260,000 of silver. The train depot arrived in 1895 here and the depot still stands today. It is the oldest town north of Tucson. This 95mm long arrow pin is hand fabricated in sterling silver and carries 4 cast charms, a cowboy with a gun, a woman with the banner of the town's name, a covered wagon and a cowboy hat. The design on the arrow looks to be in the Native American style, so this pin is a bit of a mystery. It could be that it was made for tourists by a Native American craftsman. The cowboy theme is trending hard today in 2024, and this memento is the special souvenir of someone's travels to Arizona.
