Native American Sterling silver, turquoise and coral pendant

Description : Signed by Chris Tom, a Dine/Navajo artist, this is an unusual style for his work. Traditionally Chris Tom's signature is his precision gemstone inlay. We could find very little about this artist, however found many of the family Tom members are also jewelers. A brilliant blue, 35mm long x 18mm wide organically shaped turquoise cabochon is bezel set and surrounded by 18, oval 5mmx8mm coral cabochons in a radiant pattern. This pendant with a traditional large tapered bail is designed to have a generous opening for larger beads.
