Native American Sterling Silver and turquoise cuff bracelet

Description : Three lovely greenish blue turquoise cabochons adorn this traditional Native American cuff bracelet. Handmade feathers accent each side of the solid sterling silver construction. Every detail is carefully hand crafted on this piece. The edges are stamped. Made to fit a medium wrist, this bracelet is a more feminine style, with the front shape narrowed down to be a comfortable, elegant fit. Three organically shaped turquoise cabochons are bezel set across the form. Turquoise was mined throughout the Southwest often as a by-product from many of the silver and copper mines. The color of the turquoise can often indicated the mine the gemstone is sourced from. The greenish blue was often from copper mines, indicating the color of water and the sky, both considered sacred and honored in traditional Native American symbolism. Turquoise is considered the stone of life, and represents healing and protection.
