Modern 18KY gold aquamarine and diamond enhancer pendant

Description : Enhancers are so great because being able to remove a pendant gives the wearer so many options. This spectacular pendant looks great on a chain, but would also look great on a strand of pearls. The hinged bail opens from the back and allows you to change up the look. A five carat, teardrop shaped faceted aquamarine is surrounded with 16, three prong set, 2mm natural round white diamonds and attached to an enhancer bail.
