Victorian 14KY gold and diamond brooch

Description : This quirky little pin was made circa 1860. Crafted in 14KY gold the diamonds wiggle from coiled loops hung from an enamel bar. The kinetic part of the design is delightful, as these 5, approximately 2.5mm round cut, prong set diamonds are really sparkly. When they move they bounce and shimmer in all directions. What a fabulous, interesting 50mm long, elegant piece of jewelry artistry. Diamond is the birthstone for April!
