Mid century modern 18KY gold, coral and diamond ring

Description : Coral is a protected organism that is a marine invertebrate and is a living breathing entity. It grows in colonies inhabiting tropical oceans around the world. It secretes calcium carbonated and forms a hard skeleton. The colonies are reefs sometimes called the 'rainforests of the sea'. The coral in this ring is a vintage style, most likely from the Victorian era. Multiple prong settings go all around the center natural orangeish-red coral cabochon, and swirls of 18KY gold adorn its flanks. Six, natural round white faceted diamonds are tucked within the gold, prong set three on each side, top and bottom. The top tapers down to a 2mm shank in the back for comfort.
