Edwardian 18KY gold, platinum, diamond and ruby bypass ring

Description : Spanning the years 1901-1910, the Edwardian timeperiod is the last era named after a British monarch. A .25 carat faceted European cut diamond sits within a milgrain accented platinum diamond halo setting, and a richly colored purplish red round faceted ruby approximately .30 carat sits within an 8 prong setting and also a diamond halo in 18KY gold. The bypass, or crossover ring style has been in existance for hundreds of years, but became very popular in the Victorian era. The two gems symbolise each person in a relationship, individuals, but connected together, in this design. Size 5.25
