Native American Sterling Silver, Gold Overlay Bolo

He learned to make jewelry from his brother's scrap metal, but eventually developed a very sophisticated gold overlay technique that is breathtaking in person. This bolo of an equestrian scene under jagged mountain tops and bolts of lightning, is a masterpiece of metalsmithing processes. Approximately 70mm in diameter, it is certainly a statement piece, but also a finite piece of Hopi history. A must have for that bolo collector.
