Victorian French 14KY gold and enamel ring

Description : Here is a lovely bouquet of roses that will last nearly forever. This 25mmx20mm oval enamel ring is a vignette of flowers and stars all around. Set in 14KY gold this example of French enamel work is exquisite. Please note the small cracks on the right side of the oval. This is an accepted flaw within tolerance inherent in jewelry works that are 150 years old. Luminous and rich in color, this size 7 ring should be worn occasionally only. Hand written, signed in gold, 'France'
