Description : This necklace is a signed piece by Joe V. Tortalita from the Santa Domingo Pueblo. Also known as the Kewa Pueblo this Pueblo is located close to the Cerillos Turquoise Mines near Santa Fe. This impressive necklace is made of several different components and has a chain to adjust the length so it is very versatile. The centerpiece of turquoise is the traditional blueish green, but the side pieces are stunning examples of a more green colored turquoise indicative of the Cerillos Mine. Beautifully crafted each component is hooked together with 1/2 round jump ring so the necklace lays flat and moves perfectly when worn.
